My name is David Murley and I have been proud to call Kennewick and the Tri-Cities area home for over 20 years. I love that this community continues to grow while still holding onto that small town feel that makes it so special. Being a part of this community has been one of the most rewarding experiences for both me and my family.
With 44 years in the flooring industry I have learned that integrity and taking care of customers is the foundation of everything we do. That belief has guided me throughout my career and continues to drive the way we serve every customer who walks through our doors.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family and have a deep passion for golf!

Jon Murley (Co-Founder)
My name is Jon Murley and I am a second generation flooring specialist with a lifelong passion for quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Having grown up in the industry I have dedicated years to honing my skills and technical knowledge to provide the highest level of service to every customer I work with.
Outside of work you can find me enjoying the great outdoors through fishing and hunting. I am also a proud softball dad and love spending my weekends cheering on my daughter every chance I get!

Donavon DeLevega – Sales/Design

Donavon brings over a decade of construction experience and more than eight years in the flooring industry to his role in residential and builder flooring sales. With a great eye for design and a solid foundation in construction, he works closely with clients to deliver flooring solutions that balance style, durability, and functionality. Donavon’s hands-on knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction make him a trusted resource for homeowners, builders, and businesses alike. When he isn’t at work he enjoys fishing, golfing and camping in the mountains. But most of all he enjoys spending time with his family.

With almost 20 years of experience in the design industry, Trisha has built her career helping clients transform their spaces with style and functionality. Her strengths include a sharp eye for design, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to anticipate and incorporate current style trends into projects. From initial concept to final installation, she is dedicated to delivering a seamless, personalized experience that balances beauty and practicality.
After relocating from Maine in late 2024 with her husband, young daughter, and two Labradors, she’s excited to build roots in a new community while continuing her passion for design.
Outside of work, you’ll often find her hiking local trails, gardening, cheering at weekend soccer games, or exploring playgrounds and restaurants around town with her family.

Allie Price is a Sales and Design Consultant specializing in residential design and remodeling. With 5 years of experience in the flooring industry and 4 years of helping clients at Murley’s Floor Covering, Allie brings both product expertise and a keen eye for design to every project. Originally born and raised in Alaska, she now proudly calls the Tri-Cities home. Allie is passionate about helping homeowners bring their personal style and vision to life through personalized solutions, expert guidance, and a commitment to quality. Whether working on a single room update or a full home remodel, she combines creativity and customer care to ensure every space feels like home.

Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband of eight years, their young daughter, two dogs, and two cats—making her home just as full of personality as the designs she loves.

Dan Pasco - Commercial Project Manager
With over 34 years of hands-on experience in the flooring industry, Dan is a highly skilled and dedicated professional based in the Tri-Cities area. Born and raised in the region, Dan graduated from Pasco High School in 1991 and began his career in flooring in 1992. Starting as an apprentice, he completed an impressive 6,000 hours with the Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council, gaining invaluable expertise in the field.
For the next 25 years, Dan worked as an installer, mastering the craft and building a reputation for quality and reliability. In 2016, he transitioned to a role as a Commercial Flooring Project Manager with Murley's Floor Covering, where he continues to thrive and bring extensive knowledge and experience to every project.
Known for being a dependable, hardworking, and driven individual, Dan takes immense pride in delivering exceptional work and ensuring every detail meets the highest standards. With a career built on trust and professionalism, he continues to be a leader in the flooring industry, always committed to providing clients with outstanding results. -
Eddie Garcia - Warehouse Manager

Eduardo Garcia has been a dedicated member of the Murleys Floorcovering team since 2019. Originally from Los Angeles, California, he grew up in Quincy, Washington, before relocating to the Tri-Cities area in the same year. Eduardo enjoys spending quality time with his three children, often embarking on memorable road trips and vacations together. With his professional experience and genuine passion for his work, he brings a friendly and approachable attitude to every project.

Jessica Boyce – Office Manager

Jessica joined Murley's Floorcovering as the Office Manager in 2019. She brings over 25 years of management and accounting experience. She is loyal, dedicated, organized, detailed, a strong communicator and excellent with our employees, vendors and customers. Jessica was born and raised in the TriCities. She and her husband have 3 children who all love sports and anything on the water. She lived in Utah and California before coming back to TriCities in 2018. Jessica is active in her church and her community; she volunteers her time and talents in several leadership positions. When she's not at work, you can find her at sporting events cheering on her kids and her friends' kids, planning and hosting parties, at her pool, or spending time with family and friends.

You will often find my schedule full of concerts and spending quality time with my family. With a knack for numbers and a talent for customer service, I thrive in roles that allow me to work closely with people and problem-solve effectively. I am dedicated, cheerful, and always ready to tackle new challenges with a smile.
